The Health visitors can be contacted on (01522 691711). They mainly concentrate on families with children under 5 years old. They also see patients of other age groups if appropriate. They run baby clinics for weighing, advice and childhood vaccinations. They also provide walk-in clinics (see medical services page under ‘clinics’). The Health Visitors also visit families at home.
District Nursing Team

Our physiotherapist provides services at the surgery. Appointments can be made by your doctor. Physiotherapy in your home can be arranged by your doctor if appropriate.
There is a chiropody service at the local health centre. This is free to diabetics, school children and those over retirement age. Appointments can be made at the health authority reception at the health centre.
The Midwife runs antenatal clinics at the practice on Tuesday and also visits women at home. Initial referral is via your GP. Telephone contact details: 01522 573138
We also work closely with, and refer patients to, many other allied professionals including community psychiatric nurses and palliative care teams.
